About the role
Seminar Staff trainers are hired via a Candidate Program which involves an assessment process. The role is remote and contract-based, with future openings only.
Responsibilities
- Assess candidates as part of the Candidate Program process
- Participate in assessment for Seminar Staff training
- Support hiring process using AI tools where applicable (information only)
- Meet minimum requirements to be considered for the Candidate Program
Qualifications
- Hold a current CF-L3 credential
- Be an active, and working trainer at a CrossFit affiliate
- Fluent in English
