Leading revenue optimization for healthcare provider clients through strategic analysis, audits, and collaboration with product and AI teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted advisor for clients on all RCM-related matters.
- Lead audits and diagnose billing inefficiencies, payment delays, and denial issues.
- Use data tools and client insights to deliver operational improvements.
- Communicate clearly and credibly with clients, executives, and technical teams.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in RCM consulting or advanced revenue cycle operations.
- Proficient in payer rules, denial workflows, and healthcare data analysis.
- Clear communicator with excellent client relationship skills.
- Strong analytical toolset (Excel, SQL, dashboards).
