About the role

Hybrid internship focused on growing and supporting gaming communities, gathering player feedback, and creating engaging content across social platforms.

Responsibilities

  • - Support players by responding to queries and following up to ensure their issues are resolved
  • - Help identify player needs and guide them through specific features and functionalities
  • - Assist in tracking and reporting product issues
  • - Collect, organize and relay player feedback, feature requests and insights to the relevant internal teams
  • - Interact with players across social media platforms — public and private messages — sharing updates and helping identify relevant trends
  • - Contribute to content creation for our social media channels

Qualifications

  • - Currently enrolled in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • - Professional proficiency in English
  • - Player/customer-oriented mindset with good communication and problem-solving skills
  • - Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • - Openness to exploring how AI tools can be applied to community management and player support
