About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Busser to support our front-of-house team and help ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

  • Clear tables with meticulous attention to detail and speed.
  • Replenish condiments, and other tabletop items promptly and proactively.
  • Clean and sanitize tables and chairs between courses, maintaining a spotless dining area.
  • Help ensure a smooth and efficient flow of service.
  • Attend to guest requests with professionalism and courtesy, addressing any concerns promptly and discreetly.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide assistance, exceeding expectations whenever possible.
  • Collaborate effectively with servers, fellow bussers, and other staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Assist with setting up and closing the dining area as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 months of experience in an upscale restaurant setting preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering impeccable service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handler’s Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification if required by law (Certifications differ per state)
