About the role

Analyst role within Hive’s Media team focused on supporting delivery and growth of the media business through quantitative analysis, cross-team collaboration, and client-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal and external analysis on Hive offerings to refine solutions and commercialization strategies
  • Communicate outcomes of various projects and analytics to ensure growth and development of business goals
  • Collaborate with machine learning and engineering teams in developing working solutions that benefit the client
  • Enhance awareness in the targeted business community of Hive and our products / services
  • Maintain awareness of industry best practices for data maintenance handling as it relates to your role
  • Adhere to policies, guidelines and procedures pertaining to the protection of information assets
  • Report actual or suspected security and/or policy violations/breaches to an appropriate authority

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0-1 years of work experience (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in a competitive environment
  • Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
  • Strong team player, but able to work and execute independently
  • Driven and eager to learn with opportunities to contribute
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects and dynamic priorities

Benefits

  • Base salary range: $60,000 - $85,000 (additional compensation such as stock options may be offered)
