About the role

Legal Operations Analyst role focusing on legal research, regulatory tracking, contract support, and cross-functional collaboration to guide commercial, regulatory, marketing, and policy decisions. Reports to General Counsel and works with in-house lawyers to improve legal processes and education.

Responsibilities

  • Track and forecast changes in the law in applicable jurisdictions
  • Report on pertinent regulations and their effect on our business and products and those of our customers
  • Assist in-house counsel in contracting processes
  • Research and schedule legal education for in-house counsel
  • Enthusiastically collaborate with cross-functional teams including but not limited to Sales, Marketing and Engineering
  • Maintain awareness of industry best practices for efficiency as it relates to your role, including identifying and using new technology and tools
  • Adhere to policies, guidelines and procedures pertaining to the protection of information assets
  • Report actual or suspected security and/or policy violations/breaches to an appropriate authority

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent reading comprehension, analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong desire to understand laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated success in a competitive environment
  • Strong team player, but able to work and execute independently
  • Driven; self-motivated to excel
  • Hungry to learn and actively look for opportunities to contribute
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities

Benefits

  • Base salary ranges from $50,000 - $70,000
  • Stock options may be offered in addition to the base range
