Growth Strategy & Operations Associate responsible for strategic initiatives to scale Hive’s growth across the organization, engaging with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, Finance and Operations, and delivering high-impact projects end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across the sales organization.
Skills
Required:Bachelor's degree from a top university (quantitative discipline preferred)2 - 4 years of work experience at a leading investment banking or consulting organizationLeadership in a fast-paced environmentAbility to direct own days, identify projects, and take actionable stepsHighly organized and detail-oriented; multi-project management
