Lunch Assistant position at Lyons Elementary School (PreK-4) in Lansing, MI. Part-time on-site role supporting cafeteria and recess operations, interacting with students during meals and play, and assisting staff as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Wipe & clean tables between meal services
  • Assist students with food trays
  • Provide punctual, reliable, and respectful service to your assigned school
  • Occasionally supervise students independent of other school administrators
  • Interact with students from diverse backgrounds
  • Other duties as assigned to best support the Lansing School District mission

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to perform manual tasks & follow instructions
  • Previous experience working with students in a school setting
