About the role

Athletic leadership role overseeing middle school athletic programs, coordinating events, staffing, and operations in alignment with Lansing School District policies and mission.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all home athletic events
  • Recruit and manage operations staff for home athletic competitions
  • Hire & coordinate officials
  • Act as ticket manager for home athletic events
  • Act as host for visiting teams, press, and families
  • Arrange athletic schedules in coordination with school administration
  • Other duties as assigned to best support the Lansing School District mission & vision

Qualifications

  • K-12 athletic coaching experience
  • Knowledge of MHSAA policies
  • Knowledge of LSD Athletics policies
  • Able to attend all home athletic competitions
  • Alignment & commitment to the Lansing School District mission & vision
