About the role

Lead and support the implementation of Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and CRM platforms for higher education institutions across LATAM, ensuring seamless integration, configuration, and user training.

Responsibilities

  • Lead SIS, LMS, and CRM implementations for higher education institutions.
  • Conduct virtual workshops to gather requirements and map business processes.
  • Configure systems and support integrations, data migration, and customizations.
  • Train users across academic and administrative teams (registrars, admissions, faculty).
  • Create project plans, process maps, and training materials.
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and go-live readiness.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Collaborate across LATAM teams.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years implementing or supporting SIS, LMS, or CRM platforms in higher education.
  • Proven experience with platforms such as Banner, Anthology, Workday Student, Jenzabar, Thesis, PowerCampus, Canvas, D2L, Blackboard, Moodle, Salesforce, Slate, Dynamics 365, Element451.
  • Strong understanding of academic processes: enrollment, grading, admissions, and financial aid.
  • Experience managing multiple projects remotely.
