About the role

Part-time front desk, administrative, and sales role supporting the Head Coach & Community Manager at solidcore studios, focusing on delivering a positive client experience and driving sales.

Responsibilities

  • Bringing CORE client experience to life (C: warm welcome with name, O: connecting to community, R: recognizing efforts, E: educating about offers)
  • Interacting with clients to assess needs and address inquiries
  • Maintaining knowledge of studio retail, packages, beverages/towels, promotions
  • Performing routine client-facing tasks (new accounts, scheduling, class changes, package purchases)
  • Communicating studio issues, events, and schedule changes to clients and team
  • Assisting Head Coach/Community Manager and Coaches; keeping the studio clean
  • Notifying management of complaints or incidents and assisting in response
  • Addressing maintenance/equipment issues visible to clients
  • Following up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota
  • Responding to client emails
  • Alerting coaches about milestones and coordinating celebration board

Qualifications

  • High school education, some college preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move around studio
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours
  • Part-time hourly position
