About the role

Part-time front desk, administrative, and sales support role at solidcore studio in Broad Ripple, IN. Focus on delivering the client experience, assisting staff, and driving sales while maintaining a welcoming, organized studio.

Responsibilities

  • Bringing solidcore’s client experience acronym, CORE, to life: welcoming clients, building connections, recognizing efforts, and educating about offers
  • Regularly interacting with clients to assess needs and address satisfaction; respond to requests and concerns
  • Maintaining knowledge of studio retail operations (class packages, beverages/towels, promotions)
  • Performing routine client-facing system tasks (new accounts, scheduling/canceling/rebooking classes, package purchases)
  • Communicating studio issues/events/schedule changes to clients and team
  • Assisting Head Coach Community Manager and Coaches with daily operations and maintaining a clean studio
  • Notifying management of complaints or grievances and assisting in responses
  • Addressing maintenance or equipment issues visible to clients
  • Following up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota; responding to client emails
  • Alerting coaches about client milestones and setting up celebration board

Qualifications

  • High school education, some college preferred
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds and move around the studio
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours
