About the role

Part-time front desk, administrative, and sales support role at solidcore studio, focused on delivering client experience, assisting operations, and contributing to sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Bringing CORE client experience to life (C: warm welcome with name, O: connect to community, R: recognize milestones, E: educate about offers)
  • Regularly interact with clients to assess and address needs and satisfaction; respond to requests and concerns promptly
  • Maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations (class packages, beverages/towels, promotions)
  • Perform routine client-facing system tasks (new accounts, class scheduling/cancellation/rebooking, package purchases)
  • Communicate studio issues, events, and schedule changes to clients and team
  • Assist Head Coach Community Manager and Coaches in daily operations; keep studio clean; support superior client experience
  • Notify management of complaints or grievances and assist in response
  • Address maintenance or equipment issues visible to clients
  • Follow up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota
  • Respond to client emails
  • Alert coaches about client milestones and set up celebration board

Qualifications

  • High school education, some college preferred
  • Part-time hourly position
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours
