About the role

Part-time front desk, administrative, and sales support role at solidcore studio in Milwaukee,WI. Focus on delivering client experience, sales, and studio operations.

Responsibilities

  • Bringing CORE client experience to life: warm welcome, use client’s name, connect to community, recognize efforts, educate about offers and thank them
  • Interact with clients to assess needs and satisfaction; respond to requests and concerns promptly
  • Maintain knowledge of studio retail operations, class packages, beverages/towels, and promotions
  • Perform routine client-facing system tasks (new accounts, scheduling/cancelling/rebooking classes, package purchases)
  • Communicate studio issues, events, or schedule changes to clients and team
  • Assist Head Coach/Community Manager and Coaches in daily operations; keep studio clean; support superior client experience
  • Notify management of complaints or grievances and assist in response
  • Address maintenance or equipment issues visible to clients
  • Follow up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota
  • Respond to client emails
  • Alert coaches about client milestones and set up celebration board
  • Maintain awareness of milestones and celebrations with clients and coaches

Qualifications

  • High school education, some college preferred
  • Part-time hourly position
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours
