About the role

Part-time front desk, administrative and sales role at solidcore studio, focused on delivering a positive client experience, assisting with daily studio operations, and driving sales.

Responsibilities

  • Bringing CORE client experience to life (Welcome, Open connections, Recognize, Educate)
  • Interact with clients to assess needs and respond to requests and concerns
  • Maintain knowledge of studio retail, packages, beverages/towels, and promotions
  • Perform routine client-facing system tasks (new accounts, scheduling, cancellations, rebooking, packages)
  • Communicate studio issues, events, or schedule changes to clients and team
  • Assist Head Coach/Community Manager and Coaches with daily operations and studio cleanliness
  • Notify management of complaints or grievances and assist in responses
  • Address maintenance or equipment issues visible to clients
  • Follow up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota
  • Respond to client emails
  • Alert coaches about client milestones and set up celebration board

Qualifications

  • High school education, some college preferred
  • Part-time hourly position
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours
