About the role

Part-time front desk, administrative, and sales support role at solidcore studio in Perimeter, GA focused on delivering the CORE client experience, assisting with operations, and driving sales.

Responsibilities

  • Bringing solidcore’s client experience acronym, CORE, to life: C = welcoming clients by name, O = opening connections to the community, R = recognizing efforts, E = educating about offers and thanking them.
  • Interact with clients to assess and address needs, expectations, and satisfaction; respond to requests and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain knowledge of studio retail operations (class packages, beverages/towels, promotions).
  • Perform routine client-facing system tasks (new accounts, scheduling/cancelling/rebooking classes, package purchases, general account needs).
  • Communicate studio issues, events, or schedule changes to clients and team.
  • Assist Head Coach, Community Manager, and Coaches with daily operations and maintain a clean studio.
  • Notify management of complaints or grievances and assist in response.
  • Address maintenance or equipment issues visible to clients.
  • Follow up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota.
  • Respond to client emails.
  • Alert coaches about client milestones and set up celebration board.

Qualifications

  • High school education, some college preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours
