About the role

Part-time front desk, administrative, and sales role supporting Head Coach & Community Manager at solidcore Reston studio. Focused on delivering the CORE client experience, member assistance, retail knowledge, and studio operations.

Responsibilities

  • Bringing CORE client experience to life: warm welcome, personal connection, recognizing efforts, and educating about offers
  • Interacting with clients to assess needs and address satisfaction; respond to requests/concerns promptly
  • Maintaining product knowledge for studio retail operations (class packages, beverages/towels, promotions)
  • Performing routine client-facing system tasks (new accounts, scheduling/cancelling/rebooking classes, package purchases)
  • Communicating studio issues, events, or schedule changes to clients and team
  • Assisting Head Coach/Community Manager and Coaches with daily operations and maintaining a clean studio
  • Notifying management of complaints and assisting responses
  • Addressing maintenance/equipment issues visible to clients
  • Following up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota; responding to client emails
  • Alerting coaches about client milestones and setting up celebration board

Qualifications

  • High school education, some college preferred
  • Part-time hourly position
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all studio areas
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours
