About the role

Part-time front desk, administrative, and sales support for solidcore studios, focusing on delivering the CORE client experience, assisting with daily operations, and driving local sales.

Responsibilities

  • Bringing solidcore’s CORE client experience to life: welcoming clients, using their name, fostering community connections, recognizing efforts and milestones, educating about offers and thanking them.
  • Interacting with clients to assess needs and satisfaction; responding to requests and concerns promptly and effectively
  • Maintaining knowledge of studio retail operations, including class packages, beverages/towels, and promotions
  • Performing routine client-facing system tasks: new accounts, scheduling/cancelling/rebooking classes, package purchases, and other account needs
  • Notifying clients and team of studio issues, events, or schedule changes and communicating them as needed
  • Assisting Head Coach, Community Manager, and Coaches with daily operations and maintaining a clean studio
  • Notifying management of complaints or grievances and assisting with appropriate responses
  • Addressing maintenance or equipment issues visible to clients
  • Following up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota
  • Responding to client emails
  • Alerting coaches about client milestones and setting up celebration board

Qualifications

  • High school education, some college preferred
  • Part-time hourly position
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours
  • 1 year sales experience preferred
  • MBO experience preferred
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and the solidcore brand
