About the role

Part-time front desk, administrative, and sales support role at solidcore studios, focused on delivering the client experience, assisting operations, and driving sales.

Responsibilities

  • Bringing CORE: warm welcomes, personal connections, recognizing efforts, and educating about offers
  • Interact with clients to assess needs and address satisfaction; respond to requests and concerns
  • Maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations and promotions
  • Perform routine client-facing tasks (new accounts, class scheduling/cancellation/rebooking, package purchases)
  • Communicate studio issues/events/schedule changes to clients and team
  • Assist Head Coach Community Manager and Coaches with daily operations and maintain studio cleanliness
  • Notify management of complaints or grievances and assist in response
  • Address maintenance or equipment issues visible to clients
  • Follow up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota
  • Respond to client emails
  • Alert coaches about client milestones and set up celebration board

Qualifications

  • High school education, some college preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours
