About the role

Part-time front desk, administrative and sales role supporting Head Coach & Community Manager at solidcore studio. Focus on delivering CORE client experience, customer service, and assisting daily studio operations.

Responsibilities

  • Bringing CORE client experience to life through welcoming clients, connecting with the community, recognizing milestones, and educating about offers.
  • Interact with clients to assess needs and address requests promptly.
  • Maintain knowledge of studio retail products, class packages, beverages/towels, and promotions.
  • Perform routine client-facing system tasks (new accounts, class scheduling, package purchases, etc.).
  • Communicate studio issues, events, or schedule changes to clients and team.
  • Assist Head Coach/Community Manager and Coaches with daily operations and studio cleanliness.
  • Report complaints or issues to management and assist in response.
  • Address maintenance or equipment issues visible to clients.
  • Follow up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota; respond to client emails.
  • Alert coaches to client milestones and set up the celebration board.

Qualifications

  • High school education, some college preferred
  • Part-time hourly position
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move around the studio
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours
