About the role

Part-time front desk, administrative, and sales support role at solidcore studio, focusing on delivering an excellent client experience, promoting the studio, and assisting with daily operations and sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Bringing CORE client experience to life: welcome clients by name, connect to the community, recognize efforts and milestones, educate about offers and thank them for coming
  • Interact with clients to assess needs and address satisfaction promptly
  • Maintain knowledge of studio retail, class packages, beverages/towels, and promotions
  • Perform routine client-facing system tasks (new accounts, class scheduling/rebooking, package purchases)
  • Communicate studio issues, events, or schedule changes to clients and team
  • Assist Head Coach/Community Manager and Coaches in daily operations and keep the studio clean
  • Notify management of complaints or grievances and assist in resolving
  • Address maintenance or equipment issues visible to clients
  • Follow up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota
  • Respond to client emails
  • Alert coaches about client milestones and set up celebration board

Qualifications

  • High school education, some college preferred
  • Part-time hourly position
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours
