About the role

Part-time front desk, administrative, and sales support role at a solidcore studio, focused on delivering excellent client experience, driving sales, and assisting studio operations under the Head Coach & Community Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Bringing CORE client experience to life: warm welcome, use client’s name, connect with the community, recognize efforts, educate about offers and thank members
  • Interact with clients to assess needs and satisfaction, respond to requests and concerns promptly
  • Maintain knowledge of studio retail (class packages, beverages/towels, promotions)
  • Perform routine client-facing system tasks (new accounts, scheduling/cancelling/rebooking classes, package purchases, general account needs)
  • Communicate studio issues, events, or schedule changes to clients and team
  • Assist Head Coach/Community Manager and Coaches with daily operations and maintain a clean studio
  • Notify management of complaints or grievances and assist in responses
  • Address maintenance or equipment issues visible to clients
  • Follow up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota
  • Respond to client emails
  • Alert coaches about client milestones and set up celebration board

Qualifications

  • High school education, some college preferred
  • Part-time hourly position
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours
