About the role

Part-time front desk, administrative, and sales support role at solidcore studio in Virginia Beach. Focused on customer experience, client service, retail operations, and daily studio tasks to support Head Coach & Community Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Bringing solidcore’s client experience CORE to life: greeting clients by name, connecting with the community, recognizing efforts and milestones, educating about offers and thanking guests
  • Interacting with clients to assess needs, satisfaction, and respond to requests and concerns promptly
  • Maintaining product knowledge for studio retail operations (class packages, beverages/towels, promotions)
  • Performing routine client-facing system tasks (new accounts, scheduling/cancelling/rebooking classes, package purchases)
  • Communicating studio issues, events, or schedule changes to clients and team
  • Assisting Head Coach, Community Manager, and Coaches in daily operations; keeping the studio clean and providing a superior client experience
  • Notifying management of complaints or grievances and assisting in appropriate responses
  • Addressing maintenance or equipment issues visible to clients
  • Following up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota
  • Responding to client emails
  • Alerting coaches about client milestones and setting up celebration board

Qualifications

  • High school education, some college preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours
  • 1 year sales experience preferred
  • MBO experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Careful attention to detail
  • Willingness to initiate tasks without direction
  • Ability to stand for long durations of time
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and the solidcore brand
