About the role

Part-time Studio Support role providing front desk, administrative, and sales support to the Head Coach & Community Manager at solidcore studios.

Responsibilities

  • Bringing solidcore’s client experience acronym, CORE, to life: C: warm welcome with client’s name; O: open connections to the community; R: recognize efforts, milestones, achievements; E: educate about offers and thank them for coming
  • Interact with clients to assess needs and satisfaction; respond to requests and concerns promptly
  • Maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations (class packages, beverages/towels, promotions)
  • Perform routine client-facing system tasks (new accounts, scheduling/canceling/rebooking classes, package purchases, account needs)
  • Communicate studio issues, events, or schedule changes to clients and team
  • Assist Head Coach, Community Manager, and Coaches in daily operations; keep the studio clean; support projects as needed
  • Notify management of complaints or grievances; assist in appropriate responses
  • Address maintenance or equipment issues visible to clients
  • Follow up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota; respond to client emails
  • Alert coaches about client milestones and set up celebration board

Qualifications

  • High school education, some college preferred
  • Part-time hourly position
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours
