About the role

Part-time front desk, administrative, and sales role at solidcore studio, focused on delivering the client experience, assisting with daily operations, and driving sales.

Responsibilities

  • Bringing CORE client experience to life (welcome, community connections, recognizing efforts, educating about offers)
  • Interacting with clients to assess needs and address satisfaction; respond to requests and concerns promptly
  • Maintaining product knowledge for studio retail operations and promotions
  • Performing routine client-facing system tasks (new accounts, scheduling/canceling/rebooking classes, package purchases)
  • Communicating studio issues, events, or schedule changes to clients and team
  • Assisting Head Coach Community Manager and Coaches with daily operations and studio cleanliness
  • Notifying management of employee or client complaints and assisting in responses
  • Addressing maintenance or equipment issues visible to clients
  • Following up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota; responding to client emails
  • Alerting coaches about client milestones and coordinating celebration board program

Qualifications

  • High school education, some college preferred
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds and move around the studio
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours
