About the role

Build and extend a GenAI platform to serve millions, shaping the core product and influencing the company's AI-driven innovations.

Responsibilities

  • Building a consumer grade UI experience for GenAI Chat, Enterprise Search, Agents, and Admin features
  • Extending backend functionalities and APIs
  • Improving the search pipeline's flexibility and quality, building semantic understanding, extending permission/access controls, and expanding knowledge curation features
  • Implementing NLP approaches like LLM-based Knowledge Graphs, StructRAG, Agent/Deep-Research to enhance question-answering capabilities (AI/deep learning experience not required)
  • Owning the entire development cycle of new features from conception to production
  • Collaborating with founders and team to shape product direction and engineering strategy

Qualifications

  • 1-5 years (or more) of software engineering experience building real-world applications
  • Knowledge of Typescript/React/NextJS, Python, Relational DBs (Postgres)
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment with low process
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
