About the role

Studio Leads provide exceptional client service, assist staff, and help create a welcoming boutique fitness environment. They handle front desk duties, sales, inquiries, and maintain studio operations, with shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Sell memberships and class packages in-person, online, and over the phone.
  • Recruit and retain clients, answer questions, solve problems, and refer comments and concerns appropriately.
  • Deliver the boutique fitness experience with the highest level of customer service to all clients and visitors.
  • Greet and check-in clients professionally upon arrival and thank them as they leave.
  • Facilitate new sales using the CRM system (AXLE) in conjunction with the GM/Owner-Operator.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy studio.
  • Process retail sales and restock inventory as needed.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about fitness &/or pilates
  • Confident with strong sales skills
