About the role

Join the multi-disciplinary Systems team to help ensure the reliability and performance of autonomous systems. You will tackle live issues, optimize workflows, and build tools to automate triage and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Triage Critical Issues: Analyze and prioritize system issues reported by internal teams or external customers.
  • In-Depth Investigations: Conduct detailed analyses of live issues involving autonomous systems, identifying root causes and proposing solutions.
  • Performance Optimization: Investigate and analyze factors impacting productivity, safety, and system performance, such as harsh braking incidents.
  • Automation Development: Design and build tools to automate the triage and analysis of reported issues.
  • Workflow Optimization: Leverage automation tools to improve and streamline operational processes and workflows.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Python with experience in software debugging and deployment processes.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to extract insights from data and understand complex problems.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • A high level of curiosity and persistence when investigating and resolving technical challenges.
