Procurement and Supply Chain Intern role at Venti Technologies focused on supporting sourcing, inventory management, supplier relationships, and logistics for hardware projects in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in sourcing and evaluating local and international suppliers.
  • Assist with obtaining quotations and comparing prices to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Help track inventory levels and manage documentation for supplier performance.
  • Coordinate logistics tasks, including tracking deliveries and preparing documents for customs.
  • Use procurement software and tools to manage records, update databases, and maintain accurate files.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project needs and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with procurement software is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to learning.
