About the role
Founding in-person software engineer role in New York City focused on AI-enabled real estate accounting and property management workflows; long-term path to Head of Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of agents and AI-enabled software for accounting and property management workflows
- Translate product requirements and customer feedback into high-quality features and user experiences
- Wear multiple hats and act as an owner; primarily full stack development but may involve customer interaction and product UI/UX design
- Contribute to building a multi-billion dollar business in real estate software (ambition for future growth)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of software development with demonstrated experience building applications with foundational models, Vector DBs and AI agent frameworks
- Key skills: AWS, NextJs, Python, experience with Vector DBs, prompt engineering, and deploying agents into production (nice to have)
- Energized by creating magical, near-perfect customer experiences
- Ability to deploy high-quality code quickly and iterate
- Interest in accounting and property management workflows and willingness to tackle complex problems
- Ambitious partner eager to build a large-scale business in a sizable market
