About the role

FDSEs understand customer pain points and design end-to-end solutions, deploying groundbreaking technical work across diverse industries with rapid iteration. Role involves architecture discussions, data wrangling, application development, and customer collaboration to deliver real technical outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects in small teams, from architecture discussions to data integration and application development.
  • Prototype and develop solutions addressing clients’ needs, using Palantir products, open source technologies, and team-built tooling.
  • Engage with customers and executives to gather feedback and steer project direction.
  • Balance technical delivery with strategic planning for the team and product.
  • Collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive impact in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

  • Strong engineering background (Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or related fields).
  • Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools.
  • Ability to understand how technical decisions impact end users.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to rapid change.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
