About the role

Growth-focused role supporting Known’s early-stage expansion from seed toward US launch, partnering with founders to own growth initiatives in a high-autonomy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own a piece of Known’s growth and decide which area to focus on
  • Develop GTM strategies to scale Known to 100,000 users (0-1 on a GTM strategy)
  • Scale a UGC program to thousands of creators and tens of thousands of users
  • Grow a community for a consumer brand through matchmaking events, brand partnerships, and event series across Known's launch cities

Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience in early-stage startups, consulting, investment banking, or similar high-performance environments
  • Systems-minded operator who embraces ambiguity
  • Strong communicator (written and verbal)
