About the role

Known is seeking world-class product thinkers to own Known’s product experience and help deliver a best-in-class user experience in a product-led, user-obsessed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Designing product experimentation with notifications and user retention
  • Owning user metrics (onboarding, date conversion, and retention)
  • Developing Human-In-The-Loop processes across waitlist approval and matchmaking
  • Building an automated testing suite for new app builds
  • Coordinating app-store submissions and reviews
