About the role

Associate role focused on leading initiatives that impact products and customers at Surge AI. Combines operations, product, and program management to scale systems and processes, with exposure to AI/ML and building scalable oversight tools and RL environments.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and expand scalable systems, products, and processes to enhance customer support and value delivery, coordinating with engineering to implement necessary features.
  • Drive execution of multiple simultaneous, cross-functional projects and/or programs.
  • Effectively set timelines and manage teams to deadlines.
  • Interface with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in program management or related roles within high-performing product companies, with a proven track record of navigating ambiguity and executing complex projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to influence without authority, build cross-organizational support, cooperation and action.
  • Track record for organizing, implementing and managing complex programs and projects.
  • Experience with trade-offs, prioritization, and adapting to changing requirements.
  • Deep interest in AI systems; direct AI/ML experience valued but not required.
