About the role

Data Engineer responsible for designing and maintaining infrastructure powering AI data workflows and business analytics, with end-to-end ownership of data pipelines in a small, fast-moving, profitable AI startup.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for AI training data and business analytics
  • Optimize data storage solutions for performance and cost
  • Ensure data integrity, validation, and reliability across workflows
  • Build internal tools for data exploration, annotation, and monitoring
  • Implement security and best practices for handling sensitive data

Qualifications

  • Data-Centric Mindset: experience designing and maintaining structured and unstructured data pipelines
  • Efficiency & Reliability: ability to optimize and improve data workflows without the need for massive infrastructure
  • Ownership & Impact: excited to take initiative and drive improvements in a small, fast-moving team
  • Interest in AI & ML: enthusiasm to work with data that fuels next-gen AI models (AI experience not required)
