About the role

Role focused on designing and executing high-impact events to amplify Surge AI’s mission, engage the AI community, and accelerate growth through polished, branded experiences across conferences, meetups, and virtual events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute event strategies that position Surge at the center of key AI conversations
  • Plan and manage logistics for conferences, practitioner meetups, virtual events, and other brand experiences end-to-end
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including brand, research, and communications—to ensure events authentically reflect Surge’s identity and mission
  • Measure impact and ROI, providing insights and iterating to optimize future event strategy

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event strategy and execution, ideally within tech, AI, or fast-growth industries
  • Strong organizer and creative thinker who can design events that are both polished and impactful
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously with precision and attention to detail
  • Collaborative communicator who thrives in high-visibility roles and fast-paced environments
