  • Build Data-Driven Workflows: Develop data pipelines, dashboards, and tools to automate reporting, monitor campaign performance, and enable real-time insights.
  • Identify Retention Strategies: Analyze behavioral patterns, workflows, and feedback to design strategies that boost long-term contributor satisfaction and engagement.
  • Enhance Worker Experience: Use data to evaluate contributor feedback, identify pain points, and implement solutions that foster a productive and engaging environment.

Qualifications
