About the role

Growth Marketer to drive global contributor growth strategy, owning acquisition, activation, and lifecycle marketing. Build and scale multi-channel programs to bring high quality contributors to Surge platform, in a cross-functional role.

Responsibilities

  • Build scalable acquisition frameworks across geographies and contributor profiles; define growth roadmap, targets, and budget for international markets.
  • Architect and scale a multi-channel international marketing engine (paid search, social, referral, partnerships) while evaluating and testing emerging channels.
  • Orchestrate full-funnel journeys across acquisition, onboarding, retention, and reactivation; implement rigorous experimentation for improvements.
  • Balance growth with contributor quality by embedding rigorous benchmarks without slowing recruitment.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated repeat success in performance marketing, focusing on paid acquisition and targeted 1:1 outreach.
  • Proven track record of managing large budgets across multiple advertising channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Independent operator who leans into proactive ownership and is comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Commitment to making the next generation of AI models safer and more useful.
