About the role

Growth-focused engineering role supporting marketing experiments and growth automation to drive direct revenue impact for Surge AI.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside Head of Growth and Marketing Operations to brainstorm and execute on new out-of-the-box experiments to deliver, target, and run marketing campaigns that drive direct revenue impact.
  • Utilize engineering expertise to develop platforms, workflows, and automations supporting growth experimentation.
  • Analyze and optimize lower-funnel metrics to ensure campaign ROI improves as it scales.

  • Interest in applied machine learning and data.
  • Experience or enthusiasm for joining a small team and helping build product and culture.
