About the role

Program Manager role focused on leading scalable systems, processes, and cross-functional programs to enhance customer support and value delivery in Surge's AI platform and residency initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and expand scalable systems, products, and processes to enhance customer support and value delivery, coordinating with engineering to implement necessary features.
  • Drive execution of multiple simultaneous, cross-functional projects and/or programs.
  • Effectively set timelines and manage teams to deadlines.
  • Interface with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in program management or related roles within high-performing product companies, with a track record of navigating ambiguity and executing complex projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills enabling influence without authority, cross-organizational collaboration, and action.
  • Proven ability to organize, implement, and manage complex programs and projects.
  • Comfort with trade-offs, balancing competing priorities, and openness to changing opinions.
  • Deep interest in AI systems; direct AI/ML experience valued but not required.
