About the role
Role to act as internal consultant to leadership, driving high-priority, cross-functional initiatives to help Landed operate and scale. Flexible scope focused on impact across operations, strategy, finance, GTM, product, and people.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic extension of the leadership team, owning high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from conception through execution.
- Lead special projects across operations, strategy, finance, GTM, product, and people — often in ambiguous, fast-changing situations.
- Identify operational gaps and opportunities, develop clear recommendations, and drive implementation with speed and rigor.
- Translate company priorities into concrete plans, milestones, and metrics that keep teams aligned and accountable.
- Partner closely with functional leaders to unblock progress, pressure-test assumptions, and ensure follow-through.
- Build processes, frameworks, and dashboards to improve decision-making and execution as the company scales.
- Prepare analyses, narratives, and materials to support executive decisions and company-wide communication.
- Flex into whatever the business needs most. This role is defined by impact, not a fixed scope.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, investment banking, startups, or similarly fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
