About the role

Lead role directing technical strategy and delivery of complex AI projects within Faculty's Professional & Financial Services unit, balancing deep technical leadership with team mentorship and reusable solution development.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the primary technical authority for enterprise clients, guiding projects from discovery to production deployment.
  • Leading and mentoring a squad of engineers, empowering them to deliver their best work.
  • Implementing scalable and future-proof front and backend engineering patterns and practices.
  • Translating complex customer needs and implementation challenges into actionable feedback to shape the next phase of a project.
  • Distilling complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, from client-side engineers to senior business stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to distill complex technical concepts for a wide range of audiences.
  • Strong, hands-on experience in full-stack development, with a deep understanding of system architecture and design.
  • Expert in Python and TypeScript/React.
  • Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab), Docker, and deploying applications on Kubernetes.
  • Demonstrated history of championing automated testing strategies to ensure robust and reliable code.
  • Genuine passion for working with customers, understanding their problems, and delivering solutions that provide immediate value.
