About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking robotics software engineers to contribute to autonomous robotics projects focused on perception, planning, and control, with potential emphasis areas including AI, machine learning, computer vision, sensor fusion, and motion/behavioral planning.

Responsibilities

  • Engineer robust software for autonomous robotics, focusing on perception, planning, and control to drive mission-critical operations.
  • Tackle challenging real-world problems by building scalable and reliable software solutions for next-generation robotic platforms.
  • Contribute to the full software development lifecycle from algorithm research and prototyping to implementation, testing, and deployment in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
  • Innovate to enhance processes and systems, driving ongoing excellence while executing rigorous testing and seamless deployment of code.

Qualifications

  • Solid Engineering Fundamentals: strong academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
  • Proficient C++ Developer: minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience developing production-ready software solutions in C++.
  • Building Data-Driven Innovations: demonstrated success in creating software for large-scale data processing and advanced analysis.
  • Mastering Complex Systems: aptitude for quickly learning and contributing within sophisticated, established software systems and codebases.
  • Driven by Real-World Impact: proactive drive and enthusiasm for mission-critical software that changes the world.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
