Technical Recruiter role at Titan, a YC-backed wealth manager, focusing on building Titan’s top-of-funnel for technical roles and driving high-quality pipelines across Software Engineering, AI/ML, Infrastructure, and Data in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Champion Titan’s top-of-funnel engine, ensuring our talent pipelines are deep, diverse, and consistently high-caliber.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Talent, and Leadership to define what “great” looks like, and then go find it.
  • Establish a culture of rigor, creativity, and high-touch candidate experience.
  • Be both a strategic advisor and a scrappy operator, balancing long-term talent mapping with hands-on sourcing execution.
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies for our most critical technical roles across Software Engineering, AI/ML, Infrastructure, and Data.
  • Identify and engage elite passive talent through creative, multi-channel tactics beyond traditional tools.
  • Map talent markets, uncover competitor org structures, and deliver insights that shape hiring strategy.
  • Develop long-term, diverse pipelines that enable Titan to hire with speed and conviction.
  • Deliver a world-class, personalized first-touch experience that reflects Titan’s high bar and brand.
  • Create systematic approaches to tracking funnel quality, sourcing impact, and candidate engagement effectiveness.
  • Partner deeply with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to refine role requirements, calibrate on talent quality, and adjust search strategy in real time.
  • Drive a culture of velocity, creativity, and data-backed decision making across top-of-funnel hiring.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and convert top-tier technical talent in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sourcing or full-cycle recruiting role with heavy sourcing focus, ideally within high-growth tech or agency environments.
  • Proven track record of running multiple complex searches at once while maintaining quality and precision.
  • Deep familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean logic, GitHub/GitLab analysis, technical communities, and nontraditional talent channels.
  • Skilled at interpreting funnel metrics, talent maps, and market signals to shape sourcing strategy.
  • Strong partner to Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and technical leaders; able to build trust quickly and influence decisions.
  • Comfort discussing programming languages, engineering domains, frameworks, and modern tech stacks.
  • Resourceful, self-directed, energized by tough searches, and motivated by the pursuit of world-class talent.
