About the role

BoldVoice is seeking a Social Content Producer to scale its creative engine and own content across paid and organic social channels. This in-person role in NoHo, NYC collaborates directly with the CEO to generate, manage, and ship short-form videos and creators, with a focus on performance metrics and rapid iteration.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full creative pipeline across TikTok, Meta, and other social channels.
  • Generate concepts and scripts for both paid ads and organic content.
  • Source, recruit, brief, and manage creators and UGC partners.
  • Review creator submissions, provide clear direction, and ensure fast turnaround.
  • Manage creator operations, including contracts, payments, and communications.
  • Work with the video editor to produce polished content; edit videos yourself when speed requires it.
  • Track performance using TikTok/Meta dashboards + Mixpanel; identify what’s working.
  • Iterate quickly based on data, trends, and creative learnings.
  • Grow BoldVoice’s organic social channels with consistent, high-quality short-form content.
  • Over time, support paid acquisition initiatives and contribute ideas for broader experiments.

Qualifications

  • 1–4+ years in growth, creator marketing, performance creative, or similar roles.
  • Fast, scrappy executor who can ship 10+ creatives per week.
  • Direct experience making short-form video content (ads, UGC, or organic).
  • Strong creative instincts — ability to spot a winning creative quickly.
  • Organized and operationally sharp; comfortable managing many moving pieces.
  • Comfortable giving and receiving direct creative feedback.
  • Humble, adaptable, and eager to learn quickly.
