About the role
Role focused on owning technical delivery for enterprise customers in North America and APAC (especially Japan), with hands-on customer interaction, cross-team collaboration, and leadership in post-sales delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead post-sales customer meetings, collect requirements, and be the primary point-of-contact for them
- Travel to customer sites to observe product usage and fix issues on-the-fly
- Collaborate with software infrastructure & deployment teams to ensure delivery of products
- Bridge between sales and engineering functions
- Help guide the engineering teams to understand customer requests and features
Qualifications
- Business level proficiency in English and Japanese
- Excellent communication skills
- Industry experience in EPC, maritimes, chemical manufacturing, heavy equipment manufacturing, semiconductors, or related industries (preferred)
- Industry experience in management consulting (preferred)
- Good visual taste / aesthetics (preferred)
- Comfortable building features/prototypes using Claude Code, Codex (preferred)
- Understanding of cloud deployments, networking, DevOps, and major cloud platforms (preferred)
- Academic background in computer science or engineering (preferred)
- Proficiency in other languages (e.g. Mandarin) (preferred)
