About the role

Training Manager to lead the JETSET Training Academy for new instructors, overseeing up to 25 lead instructors within a designated region, ensuring brand consistency, and driving product development including workshops and new class concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Training Leadership: Lead 2-4 training sessions per month (5 day or 2 weekend format); Conduct hands-on training sessions to ensure participants can deliver the brand’s workout experience; Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, adjusting programs as needed.
  • Lead Instructor Oversight: Oversee up to 25 studios within a designated region; Provide ongoing support, coaching, and feedback to studios to maintain high standards of instruction and brand consistency; Ensure lead instructors adhere to policies, procedures, and training guidelines; Maintain brand standards across training programs; Regularly review and update training materials; Serve as primary point of contact for lead instructors regarding training inquiries and issues.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with product development to create workshops; Brainstorm and develop new class types and exercises aligned with brand vision; Test and refine new training concepts before roll-out.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain records of training sessions, participant progress, and instructor evaluations; Prepare and submit regular reports on training activities and outcomes; Assist with training budgets and ensure activities stay within budget.
  • Support Management of the Training & Innovation Studio: Address client inquiries and issues; Create, monitor, and maintain class and staff schedules; Maintain inventory for supplies, retail, and beverages as needed.
  • New Studio Audition Approval Support: Support VP with new studio opening instructor audition process from submission to approval

Qualifications

  • NASM/AFAA certification preferred
  • Boutique group fitness teaching experience, preferably in Pilates
  • Previous administrative and operational experience preferred
