About the role

Senior Growth Marketer role at Railway (Remote, full-time). Focused on growing channels and experiments to acquire developers and expand the brand, with an engineering mindset to implement initial campaigns and test ideas directly in code.

Responsibilities

  • Draft growth programs and implement their v0 by getting into the code.
  • Expand earned or paid channels including creator networks, digital and out-of-home advertising, and referral programs.
  • Test templates, perform technical SEO improvements, and create demos for new campaigns.
  • Build snowballing organic campaigns and experiments with a data-driven mindset.
  • Understand and engage the developer tools market and infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience expanding earned or paid channels across multiple formats (creator networks, digital and out-of-home advertising, referrals).
  • Technical acumen to test templates, perform technical SEO improvements, and create campaign demos.
  • Passion for building scalable organic campaigns and experiments with data-driven mindset.
  • Deep understanding of the developer tools market.
  • Interest in computing infrastructure in particular.
  • Clear and succinct communication skills.
  • Experience working remotely in a highly autonomous environment.
