About the role

Technical leader role focused on powering Replit Agent by building first-party cloud infrastructure and services. Reports to VP of Engineering; lead major projects, mentor senior engineers, and ship full-stack infrastructure and product features using TypeScript, React, CSS, Postgres, Go, and Terraform.

Responsibilities

  • Help lead major projects, 0->1 new products or strengthen first-party primitives
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to iterate on Replit Cloud
  • Identify hardest technical and quality problems and build solutions
  • Mentor and develop new senior engineers
  • Ship product and build infrastructure as a true full stack builder using: TypeScript, React, CSS, Postgres, Go, and Terraform

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, OR equivalent real-world engineering experience
  • 10+ years of software experience with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role
