About the role

Motion Graphics Designer role at Solve Intelligence focusing on social media motion graphics, brand and product animation to promote AI patent platform and product launches.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a user-centric motion design system that scales to all products within our platform.
  • Work closely with our design, GTM, and product teams to bring scripts to life.
  • Partner with the design team to animate assets that can be embedded into the product experience.
  • QA work to ensure designs and creative assets are polished, on brand, and ready for release.
  • Help us execute efficiently to ship products that deliver value and impact for our customers.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience with Motion Graphics.
  • Ability to create high-quality videos (portfolio evidences capability similar to ElevenLabs Series C videos).
  • Ability to turn technical products/features into engaging motion graphics and animations.
  • Experience in ambiguous environments; self-directed and autonomous work style.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to narrate user experience through motion based on user behavior, needs, and emotions.
  • Excellent animation foundations (physics, patterns).
  • Mastery of After Effects and Figma.
  • Low ego, collaborative attitude, and open-mindedness.
  • Creative thinking to establish and execute on team initiatives.
